History of War
Since ten years, civil war has been going on in our country of Democratic Republic of Congo; over 5.5 million of Congolese have been killed. Many of those killed, left behind children and widows who have now nowhere to turn. These orphans left behind need your help. For the small amount of $ 25 a month or $ 150 a year you can provide a single child with the daily necessities they need. Those items include: Food, Clothing, Education, and Medical care. Many of these children have been taken in by our church member’s families in Uvira City.
We also have find set up to build them an ORPHENAGE. This will give a large number of the orphans a place to call Home.
The Bible said in Proverbs 28:27 He who gives to the poor will not lack, but he who hides his eyes have many curses.
Proverbs 19: 17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given
Psm: 41: 1. Blessed is he who considers the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
These kids have dealt with a challenging moment in their life, whether it is a loss of parents, or having to walk in the streets searching for food. Every kid has their own story and if you are interested in supporting a child or giving a donation contact our main officer’s bellow and we will send you a picture of the kid you are supporting and a brochure of their life story.
