So as promised here are the latest changes to Community Evangelical Pentecostal Church (CEPC). Starting from here on, CEPC is officially an Open Bible Church. The Head Quarter Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa has finished its affiliation processing with Open Bible and has been accepted into the Open Bible Ministry.
So the question now remains: What about all the other CEPC branches? The Founder Rev. Peter M. Shandakwa has returned from his visit to Africa. Part of this visit was to introduce the CEPC Branches in Africa with Open Bible. Now it will take a little bit of time but very soon every single branch will be affiliated with Open Bible.
We are now apart of a family that has strong biblical standings. From now on we all have a responsibility to not just pray for CEPC churches but also for all Open Bible Churches globally. So it is a suggestion for all CEPC leadership to start learning more about this new family we are apart of. With Open Bible we can now get better training to equip men, women, youth, and the entire leadership team. We now have encouragement blasting from CEPC churches and Open Bible Churches. After the CEPC Branches in Africa are adopted into Open Bible there is going to be a greater push in education so we can learn to harvest wisdom from scriptures in a way that will allow us to evangelize, preach, and live in a powerful and biblical way.
We are about releasing influence through love and we will continue to do so through Open Bible. We are still running with the International Constitution drafted by the CEPC HQ. When all Churches have been officially accepted into Open Bible, we will declare our Official Constitution to be the Open Bible Manual which has all that Open Bible stands for.
The Church structures remain the same until otherwise notified. There has been a few revisions in the Kentucky Branch since Pastor Issaya has stepped down. We are currently running investigations on what took place in Kentucky. All CEPC Churches will be updated via email and phone by HQ about who the new Head Pastor for Kentucky will be.
Continue to pray for the CEPC Humanitarian Initiatives/ Programs globally. Global Alliance for Orphans in Africa is in deep need of financial support and partners. There are churches that still need buildings in Congo and Burundi. We need to pray for the African HQ in Uvira that it gets a new building that will allow us to run an orphanage and clinic. We are also needing prayer for all CEPC churches to get training on running 24/7 houses of prayer. Prayer is needed for all leadership, churches, and friends around the world.
Thank you to the Open Bible leaders in Iowa that have helped us get where we are at right now. We want to thank all the families that are taking in orphans and taking care of them until an orphanage building is opened. Thank you to the Congolese, Kenyan, Tanzanian, Burundian, Zambian, and American Governments for working with CEPC since the founding of our ministry. We are receiving great favor in the kingdom and we pray that those who help us may be blessed as well. We can do great things in Christ, CEPC.
