Peter & Sarah Shandakwa Rev. Peter believes that," without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him," (Hebrew 11:6). Faith is what guides us to work hard for the Lord and to serve like we should base off of Luke 6:38 " give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you," this is what Rev. Peter does every day of his life as he gives into his ministry and the work of the Lord. Rev.Peter Mahoye has founded many churches in Africa in the countries, Congo, Kenya, Tanzania and New Covenant Pentecostal Church for Christ Missions in the United States. As the head of New Covenant Pentecostal Church for Christ Missions in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he has lead the church based off the living word of God.

Alexa Mulangaliro1 Timothy 3:2-7 " 2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full[a] respect. 5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?) 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. 7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap"
Alexa Mulangaliro has served as secretary of New Covenant Pentecostal Church for Christ Missions since the beginning of this ministry. He is a faithful servant of God that demonstrates biblical priorities in life. He also serves as the church's choir director, and church service leader. As a father and husband he works hard to comply with God’s will. |

Community Evangelical Pentecostal Churches in Congo
In the year of 2007 a church got based in Uvira as a part of Rev. Peter Mahoye's vision to spread the gospel world wide. The church started off with 50 members in the year of 2007 and has now grown to 500 plus members. This church Community Evangelical Pentecostal Church in Uvira, since to 2007 has ministered to near by communities and has become the head quarter of Uvira. With the ministry growing in Uvira and the gospel spreading through out Eastern Congo over 5 more churches opened up, in villages and cities around Uvira. The Uvira church continues to serve the Lord to the fullest as it continues to spread the gospel.
